I GOT A GOLDEN COMMENT

Sing the above to the tune of I got a golden ticket from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory - if you wish. Yesterday I got my very first comment. How very exciting. Thank you Ticking Stripes blog.

Strange Name

Quite simple really Dylan - our dog - loves to hide things around the house - especially food items. Now sometimes its one of his own treats, sometimes its a crust or a sweetie wrapper -he is a tinker. On one occasion in a mad episode of cleaning (not a favourite past time of mine) I moved the sofa low and behold I found two bones and a bagel - I immediately announced to Nellie (DD2) that it would be a fab name for a blog. So there you are the reason behind the name.

Doh in a Simpson's styleee just realised that in my blog name I have misspelt bagel - well it will have to stay as I have no intention or nowhow as to how to change my blog name. After all it has taken me two years to get around to/pluck up the courage to jump in = I don't want to spoil it now. LOL.
